We understand the importance of trust when purchasing used & refurbished equipment. As a result, our Whittlesey site features a used & refurbished equipment showroom which is open to the public by appointment, if you'd like to come and try out our equipment, meet the team and see the refurbishment process as it happens then please get in touch to arrange a visit. We are committed to providing customers with a positive experience, it's that simple. Most new items are delivered flat packed and will require some assembly (where applicable).

Most used / refurbished items will be delivered fully assembled, these items can be large, heavy, and difficult to move without some disassembly or specialist moving equipment. All the items will be checked once they have been installed to ensure that they are ready to use. All installation quotes are bespoke so please contact the Sales Team for a price.

Installation pricing in based on your location, the access details for the building 3rd floor, single doors, steps etc. And the items that you have ordered. Photos may also be required of the route the installation team will need to take to install the equipment. If the item is refused / cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all courier charges.
